Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Alice Springs 

Welcome to central Australia! Schedule flights to arrive by 4 pm. Please meet your Tour Director at your leisure in the hotel lobby from 2.00pm - 5.30pm to complete the tour check-in process. Later, join your Tour Director and travelling companions for a welcome meeting and drinks.


Day 2: Alice Springs   

Guided sightseeing includes a visit to Standley Chasm with a local indigenous guide, the Royal Flying Doctor Service, and the School of the Air. Lunch and a tasting at the Alice Springs Brewing Co. Remainder of the day is at leisure.

Day 3: Alice Springs - Kings Canyon   

Sightseeing including the Kings Canyon Rim Walk, sunset drinks on the Lodge's patio followed by a special barbecue dinner.

Note: Enhance your free time in Kings Canyon with an exciting helicopter excursion. Enjoy a view like no other as you fly over the domes of the Lost City, the Garden of Eden, Kings Creek and over to Carmichael Crag as you glide over the incredible Outback. 


Day 4: Kings Canyon - Uluru

You may choose to rise early to join in the Kings Canyon Rim Walk or spend some time relaxing at the resort.

Guided walk at Mutitjulu Waterhole at Uluru with the chance to discover Aboriginal rock paintings and learn their significance. Enjoy drinks and nibbles as you watch the sunset over "the Rock." Visit the amazing art installation of Field of Light.

Day 5: Uluru

Rise and shine for sunrise over Uluru. Later, a walk at the 36 unique domes of Kata Tjuta (the Olgas). Afternoon at leisure. This evening, your Tour Director hosts a festive farewell as you experience the Sounds of Silence experience. Enjoy canapes and chilled sparkling wine overlooking Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park as the sun sets. Then sit down for an unforgettable dining experience. After dinner, settle back and listen to the resident star talker decode the southern night sky. The perfect ending to your holiday!
