To our valued travellers,

This is a letter of courtesy to let you know that the Lease on our store in City Arcade in the Townsville CBD, comes to an end on Wednesday, June 10 2020.

As such, our Travel Agency “shopfront” will close temporarily.

But please do not be alarmed. Nothing at all will change for you – our Client.

In the short-term, we will be continuing to work remotely, as we have done for the past three (3) months.

As a Virtual Office, Managing Director Rane Reguson and his loyal local team, including Taylah and Sarah, plus the italktravel Team, will each continue to deliver the same great service and the same great travel offers which you are now accustomed to.

We will always be on call 24/7, via mobile telephone and/or email, to service your requirements.

When needed, we will encourage face-to-face travel meetings over a complimentary coffee or beverage.

These Covers provide increased security for money deposited through us in the face of unforeseen financial circumstances such as Supplier Insolvency and Misappropriation, as per the terms and conditions of the Book Safe Agent’s Protection Policy.
