A big shout out to our local travel agency.

When the pandemic hit we found like many others the insurance policy became useless and our hopes for a warm mid-year break were dashed.

We were generally expecting to fully lose our money on pre-paid non-refundable accommodation or at best receive credits to use at some future date.

Well I’m pleased to say that Julie our agent went into bat for us & managed t secure full refunds and I rediscovered the value of engaging the services of an agent. All I can say is Julie and the business owners went above and beyond by taking the initiative to negotiate a better than expected outcome by making the decision to provide a full refund when they legally didn’t need to do this. A rare level of service provided and will I use them in the future- you betcha.

Hi Nat,

I just wanted to take a moment to email you to say thank you for helping us sort out our holiday plans to Hawaii. The Hilton Waikiki Beach Hotel was perfect for us. Our Big Island Tour was incredible. To walk on Volcanic Rock and walk in Lava Tubes was amazing. Then to see the glow of the crater later that night was incredible. Kauai and Maui were just as incredible. I loved Kauai more than Maui. The Sheraton Resort was once again the right pick and the Luau was incredible fun. Anyway a huge thanks for your suggestions and assistance. We had an absolute ball. We have shopped up a storm, drove around windy roads, drove up craters to watch sunsets, drank quite a number of margaritas and even got dumped by the waves at Sunset Beach. By the way I recommend you go for Halloween….Waikiki was awesome. We met so many people and ended up in a Karaoke bar!

I just wanted to write and tell you that our trip to South Africa was the best ever!! Lion Sands was totally amazing. We could not have enjoyed it more ! The location, the service, the food and of course the game drivers were second to none.
